The Three Keys to Unlock Everything!
All successes and failures are the result of managing three, deceptively simple principles
The size of a message does not determine the size of its impact. First it will help to have a couple of basic concepts in mind to realize the importance of the three keys.
Basic Concepts:
The purpose of life is to sustain life.
This purpose is the fundamental program that runs at the foundation of everything we think and do.
All mental and physical activity is either serving this purpose or working against it.
We are either growing or dying.
The survival principle:
We are the result of millions of generations of trial and error.
The traits of those who survived have been carried forward to us today in our DNA.
The traits that didn’t support survival died out.
Supportive traits are adaptations to specific conditions. The environments of physical and mental conditions vary. Adaptations vary.
The Three Keys:
Mental and physical survival is optimized through three key principles:
1. Put the good in, keep the bad out
2. Keep all channels open and flowing to move in the good and flush out the bad
3. Rest to give systems time to perform maintenance for renewal and growth
All successes and failures are the result of the management of these three principles.
All living organisms are programmed with this knowledge.
Your body and brain are programmed with this knowledge.
It is your job to serve the purpose of life with your body and brain by good management of the three key principles.
You are not your body.
Your body is a vehicle and you are the custodian of your body.
How well you manage the three key principles with your body will determine how well your body will serve you in your life purpose.
You are not your brain.
Your brain is a vessel for your consciousness and you are the custodian of your brain.
How well you manage the three key principles will determine how well your brain will serve you in your life purpose.
Your conscious mind is a monitoring system.
Pain is a warning when your system is not aligned with the purpose of life.
Happiness.
Happiness is not a reward. It is an operating principle.
It is not the destination, it is the vehicle that takes you on the journey.
You experience happiness when your intention and your thoughts and actions are in alignment with the fundamental purpose of life.
Everything you think, say or do will move you toward or away from this objective.
To be happy, is not to be problem-free.
Happiness is the sense of alignment and satisfaction you have by choosing the problems you want to work on.
The problems you choose to work on are your life’s purpose.
Any work you do becomes more meaningful when it is aligned with the purpose of life.
